Shipping Policy

We currently ship orders to the United States and Canada.


Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Processing time does not include weekends or holidays.

After your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.


Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time is typically 7–15 business days after shipment, depending on the destination, carrier, customs processing, holidays, weather, and seasonal volume.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs, carrier operations, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.


Shipping Rates

We offer free standard shipping on orders over $79 to the United States and Canada.

For orders below $79, standard shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout before you place your order.


Canadian Orders, Duties, and Taxes

For orders shipped to Canada, duties, taxes, import fees, customs charges, or other applicable fees may apply. These charges, if any, are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.


Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. FamilyKin Pets is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or returned packages caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.


Carrier Delays and Lost Tracking Updates

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for carrier delays, customs delays, lost tracking updates, or delivery delays outside our control.
